The two primary delivery systems are:Bundled and Unbundled.
Bundled offers the convenience of getting everything you need from one source. However, the big disadvantages are you don’t have many options within the Plan, there is disparity with the providers’ expertise with the various service components of the Plan and fees are not fully transparent
Unbundled offers the flexibility to select the best providers for each service component of the Plan in an open architecture environment with fee transparency. The disadvantage has been managing the Plan information and services across multiple relationships.
