The ASPire platform allows a Plan Sponsor to easily maintain the Plan using multiple investment providers even while adhering to the new retirement plan regulations.Four online gateways (Plan Sponsor | Plan Participants| Financial Advisors | Service Providers) allow access to the platform. Each gateway facilitates a different plan function or account view - all under the oversight of the Plan Sponsor. Our platform is configured based on your written Plan Document provisions and gives you the flexibility to designate internal or external Plan administration personnel and approved investment service providers.

There are primarily five service components to retirement plans: recordkeeping, administration, trustee/custodian, investments, and education.
The two primary delivery systems are:Bundled and Unbundled.
Bundled offers the convenience of getting everything you need from one source. However, the big disadvantages are you don’t have many options within the Plan, there is disparity with the providers’ expertise with the various service components of the Plan and fees are not fully transparent
Unbundled offers the flexibility to select the best providers for each service component of the Plan in an open architecture environment with fee transparency. The disadvantage has been managing the Plan information and services across multiple relationships.
